What are the requirements for the program?

To be an Intern or Trainee in America, you must the requirements set out by the US Government. Interns require less experience than Trainees.

Intern:

An intern is a foreign national in the US taking part in a structured, guided training-based internship related to their academic field 🎓

An internship can be up to 12 months in duration 🗓️

You must be studying for a degree (related to the intern area that you are apply for)

OR

Be a recent graduate from an approved institution. If you are a graduate, you must travel within 12 months of graduation.

Trainee:

A trainee is a foreign national in the US taking part in guided training for their occupation 🏢

An traineeship can be up to 18 months in duration 🗓️

You must have a degree or professional certificate and one year of related work experience

OR

For non-degree holders, you must have five years of full-time work experience in their field outside the US.

Are there any eligibility requirements for the program?

To be eligible for the program you must meet the requirements of being an intern or a trainee. To learn more, please read the information in the requirements section above.

What kind of salary can I expect as part of the program?

Salary is negotiated between you and your camp. Your camp is required to provide 32 hours of work per week.

What kind of training will take place on the program?

Our team will work with your camp to create a custom training plan tailored to your role and the camp. For Interns and Trainee programs longer than 6 months, the training plan must include at least 5 phases.
